For more than 30 years, I have explored meditation as a way to return home to myself. When I first discovered Kriya Yoga, it felt like finding a long-lost key—one that opened the door to a deep peace I didn’t know was possible.
Like many, I have known both joy and struggle. I’ve experienced times of stress, doubt, and losing touch with my own center. Each time, coming back to the simple daily practice of Kriya Yoga has restored my clarity and calm. It’s not about becoming someone new—it’s about recognizing who you already are.
In this 5-day challenge, I will guide you step-by-step into a meditation you can rely on for the rest of your life. My wish is that, by the end of these meditations, you will have touched that quiet space within you—and know how to return to it whenever you need.
